I've been having an ongoing conversation with a fellow "consultant-to-consultants" and he's building something I think could be pretty powerful.

Essentially, it's a Claude plugin that can arm you, a solo consultant, with a team of AI agents that can take care of your low-leverage work. E.g. the slide building, the deep research, the admin/clerical work, etc.

In effect, this expands your capabilities & capacity into that of a full traditional consulting case team.

Now, I know we're all using AI tools already to some extent, but I got to see a demo and I've yet to see something a) purpose-built specifically for solo consultants, b) with this broad range of features, and c) requiring just a single onboarding session.

But it begs the question, what work do you *actually* need to offload?

What activities in your business are taking more time than you'd like?
