If you're in transition:

• Reframe your job search
• Don't settle for a 'partial eclipse' role
• Go out on your own & create the job you're great at

If you're independent/self-employed:

• Adjust your positioning or niche
• Drop misaligned clients
• Say no to misaligned inbound work, extensions & referrals
