I think it’s something about witnessing the possibility of real change over time. We just can’t get enough. As a consultant, this fascination works in your favor. Your client knows the “before”. Painfully well. They’re living it. You, with your unique lens on their situation, get to show them the “after”… And be the source of the magic to guide them there.
