This week, Iโ€™ve been getting us oriented on the importance of leaning on insights vs. knowledge/skills/experience (KSE) when marketing yourself to potential clients as a domain expert.

Why? Because KSE can be replicated -- or worse, commoditized.

Remember that insights (๐Ÿ’ก) are KSE (๐Ÿ“š ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ) that youโ€™ve synthesized through your unique lens (๐Ÿ‘“), and thus are more valuable and inherently differentiated vs. the market.

โ€‹Yesterday, I discussed how your unique insights are your currency that will:

  • open the doors to client work...
  • which then results in more KSE...
  • which generates more insights...
  • etc. etc.
