But of course, there are realities of being a business owner that will require your attention outside of your happy place. Remember this time breakdown? All the Working On the Business (WOB) activities like pipeline building, networking, website writing, networking, admin, taxes are likely squarely outside your genius zone, but still necessary. So, the key metric to pay attention to is what % of your client delivery time is spent in your genius zone. And, you guessed it, make your target 100%. Post your genius zone statement somewhere prominent and let it serve as a constant reminder as you:
